On July 15, 2023, the day my grandmother transitioned on her 83rd birthday, my world shifted profoundly. She was my lighthouse, resolute, wise, and loving...always guiding me through life’s uncertainties. When she transitioned, her light wasn’t lost; it became a part of me, illuminating a path toward clarity, purpose, and transformation.

That journey gave birth to SolSeeking, a space inspired by her legacy and fueled by my soul’s purpose: to guide others through life’s storms, helping them uncover the light that has always been within. Here, personal transformation meets purposeful action, rooted in clarity, connection, and joy.​

Drawing from my years as a DEIB leader, organizational health strategist, and people-centric executive, as well as my creative paths as a bodybuilder, musician, and storyteller, SolSeeking blends wisdom, experience, and heartfelt intention. Through Transformational Life Coaching, Motivational Support Partnering, and Organizational Strategy, my work is to meet you where you are and walk with you toward the life you’re meant to live.
